Ordering & Shipping

All orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 business days from our warehouse (although please expect delays during new product launches and sale events). We have express shipping options as well if you need things in a hurry. Please contact us.

Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $190 before taxes.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, we will do our best to accommodate within 1 hour of purchase. After that, we’re unable to make changes as orders are processed quickly. Contact us right away and we’ll do our best. Please note 10% restocking fee may apply for any order cancellation.

We currently ship to Canada, the US, the UK, and Australia. Shipping rates and times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Please note we are unable to ship Jellycat outside of USA and Canada.

Returns & Exchanges

We will gladly accept returns of unwashed, unworn, unopened (with original packaging) or defective merchandise at our store within 14 days of the original purchase date. When you have an original sales receipt/invoice, refunds will be provided in the form of our store credit. We ONLY offer STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. Without an original sales receipt/invoice/gift receipt, we are unable to accept any returns.

Option 1: Return in-person. 

You may return items purchased online to our store in Sunnyside Mall, Bedford or Bayer's Lake, Halifax.
Be sure to bring your receipt with you.

Option 2: Return by mail.

Customer is responsible for postage to ship your order back to us in order for an exchange or credit. Shipping and handling are nonrefundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the exact shipping will be deducted before issuing the amount on a gift cards.

Customers are expected to ship items back to us in the same condition that are sold to you, i.e. in a bubble mailer or box. It is unacceptable to simply tape over a product packaging when sent back. We reserve the right to inspect any returns and a damage/restocking fee may be charged if products were not received in their original condition.

Store Credits are processed within 2 business days of receiving your return. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s been issued.

Sizing & Fit

We are trying to includes a size guide with measurements if possible.

  • If you’re between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit or down for a more fitted look.
  • If you are unsure of your child's size, please contact our staff for assistant prior to placing your order online.

Sizing can vary by brand and style, which is why we're always happy to help! We provide size charts whenever possible, and our knowledgeable team can offer personalized sizing recommendations based on your child's age, height, and measurements. If you're shopping in store, we also offer complimentary professional shoe fittings to ensure the perfect fit for growing feet.

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn't quite the right fit, eligible regular-priced items may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and accompanied by your receipt. Our team is always happy to help you find the perfect size or an alternative item you'll love.
