Personalised Virtual Shopping Experience

Do you live far away from our store? Or just too busy to get in to shop in person? But really would like to take advantage of our BIGGEST SALE of the year or shop our new arrivals?

  • You can book a free Zoom, FaceTime or Whatsapp appointment with our team and we will take you on a virtual shopping experience through our temporary pop-up store to shop all the sale items or shop our new collection in either of our Bedford / Bayer’s Lake stores.
  • We'll help with sizing questions & fit advice for your child/chidlren, and wrap it all up - ready for pick up or standard shipping to your door.
  • We are currently booking appointments from Feb 23 - 29.

Frequently Asked Questions

 

How long is each appointment?

Each booking slot is 30 minutes. Depending on what you are looking for, it may only take 5-15 minutes, so please be punctual.

How do I cancel/change my appointment?

Go to the meeting invite and click on either the 'cancel' or 'update' Calendly links provided.

Do I have to turn my camera on for the appointment?

There is no pressure to have your camera turned on if you're not comfortable, or busy multi-tasking.

Do I need to prepare anything for my appointment?

Depending on if you select Facetim, Whatsapp or Zoom, ensure you have the relevant app installed on your mobile phone. Facetime will only work on Apple devices.

Please let us know when requesting an appointment which of our categories or products you're interested in so we can get some pieces ready. Alternatively, let us know the age, gender of your child/ren.

How do I pay for items I want?

At the end of your appointment, we will be able to send you a shopping cart link, and you can check out online using your preferred method of payment or we can ring you in with credit cards in our POS. We also accept e-transfer.

Is shipping available?

Yes, we can ship your items, FREE shipping doesn’t apply to items that are marked down. We will charge a flat rate of $18 to ship any orders in Canada, exclude remote locations.

What if there is a group of us that are interested in booking an appointment together?

Group max is 5 people for a mini "private shopping" party. If you wanted to do a mini "private shopping" party it can run over an hour for after- hour time slots, please contact us to book an appointment.
